2024年1月1日起，外籍遊客需要提前3天填報Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)。
禁止攜帶榴槤、山竹進入飯店。
自 2024 年 10 月 1 日起，Hatten Square 停車場運營商將收取停車費。客房客人可享受每輛車 RM5 的 24 小時特別停車費，每天可多次停車。敬請客人每次離開前在飯店接待處驗證進入時使用的付款卡。
飯店只接受無現金支付，包括信用卡、轉帳、電子錢包（Touch 'n Go、Boost、QR Pay和GrabPay）和在線支付服務。
飯店實行無現金停車場，入住飯店停車場需刷卡，僅限Visa, Master, MyDebit and TouchnGo，並在飯店前台登記。

於2025年10月25日- 入住1晚 馬六甲2天1日遊 參加朋友婚禮日 入住Hatten Hotel 惠勝酒店 #1622 酒店坐落於Jln Merdeka, Banda Hilir,馬六甲，附近擁有眾多景點，交通便利，是商務出差和休閑度假的理想選擇。 如果從新加坡可以乘搭“707”長途巴士直達酒店的；酒店隔壁、對面就是百貨商場、樓下有7-11、可以隨時購買必需品！ 這裡去“雞場街”很近、打滴滴大概5元馬幣左右、很靠近、也可以走路過去的、我選擇打滴滴、因為很熱… 房間空間寬敞整潔、可以接受！酒店讓我提前辦理入住手續、11點40分左右就拿到房間啦、房間是禁煙🚭的哦！可以在酒店樓下外面吸菸的！ 所以總體來説、這裡還是很不錯的、方便。

Great Hotel with friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast buffet spread is so expansive we did not know where to start. Going to places of interest was just few minutes by Grab(Friend can’t move that well). Housekeeping too notch I will be coming back to stay here near future.😊

步行距離就可以去到景點，附近也有小餐館。老舊的酒店，房間很大，空間感十足。衛生一般，應該是因為陳舊留下的汙漬。父母強力要求住惠勝酒店，因為有大巴直接去新加坡，省卻不少麻煩，應該是這一間酒店的最大優點吧

I stayed at Hatten Hotel Melaka and really enjoyed the central location. The hotel is connected to Dataran Pahlawan Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and food. Rooms are spacious with nice city views, and the facilities like the pool and gym are a plus. Service is generally friendly, though it can get busy during peak hours. What I liked most is that many attractions are within walking distance A Famosa (Porta de Santiago) is just about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to, Melaka Hill and the Sultan Palace Museum. Perfect for exploring Melaka’s history without needing transport. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location if you want both convenience and easy access to heritage sites.

Everything is beautiful, location is great as well no need to go far. Restaurants and shopping outlets can be found within the vicinity and inside the hotel as well. Staff are helpful and courteous. We only had one small problem the lock in the toilet was lose but overall twas a 5 star treatment for me.

Always book this hotel for Melaka 訂房網站s, very good breakfast spread. Good location for nearby shops, restaurants, 7 eleven, MacDonalds etc. Only aircon is a bit less cold at night. If u take extra bed it will be beside sofa near the door. Recommended 👍🏼
